SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

All prints are made to order in my studio in Italy. Processing times are 3-5 business days from order confirmation. Original works and custom commissions require different processing times, which will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Shipping Methods and Times

  • Italy: 3-7 business days (after processing)
  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • USA and Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

The couriers used are Poste Italiane, BRT, and UPS, depending on the destination and weight of the package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the geographic area and weight of the order. The exact cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and items in your cart.

Tracking

All orders include shipment tracking, except for Mail Club subscriptions, which are shipped via regular mail.

Packaging

Your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

  • Prints: Shipped in protective hardback envelopes
  • Mail Club: Shipped in standard envelopes
  • Multiple orders of prints or commissions: Reinforced packaging appropriate for the content (parcel)

Insurance

All high-value orders can be insured at the customer's discretion at checkout, and all custom commissions are automatically insured in the shipping price to ensure protection during transit.

Duties and Customs Fees

European Union: prices include Italian VAT. There are no additional customs fees for shipments within the EU.

UK, USA, and Rest of World: any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged by the courier upon delivery. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or undelivered, please contact me immediately at support@paolamontanari.com. I will work with the courier to resolve the situation and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

Additional customs documentation may be required for international shipments. All packages are accompanied by the necessary documentation for customs clearance.
