SHIPPING INFORMATION


Processing times

All prints are made to order in my studio in Italy. Processing time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

Original artworks are usually ready to ship within 5 business days.

For commissions, the production time is estimated on a case-by-case basis depending on the project and will be communicated when the quote is provided.

All order fulfillment times refer to preparation and are in addition to shipping times.

 

Shipping methods and times (estimated)

Orders for prints / originals / commissions:

Italy: 4–5 business days
International: 5–12 business days

Couriers used include Poste Italiane, BRT, or UPS, depending on the destination and weight.

Print Club (always shipped separately via Poste Italiane):

Italy: approx. 6 business days
International: 10–24 business days

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the geographic area and the weight of the order; any discounts applied in the cart do not apply to these costs, but only to the products. The exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the items in your cart.

Italy:

  • €5.90 shipping for orders up to €50
  • €2.90 shipping for orders over €50
  • Free shipping for orders over €100
  • Print Club shipping included in the monthly subscription price

International:

  • Shipping starting at €11.90, depending on the destination and cart contents
  • Print Club shipping included in the monthly subscription price

 

Tracking

All orders include shipment tracking, except for Print Club subscriptions, which are shipped via untracked standard mail.

 

Packaging

Your artworks are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Prints: shipped in protective rigid mailers
  • Print Club: shipped in standard envelopes
  • Multiple print orders or commissions: reinforced packaging suited to the contents (rigid mailers or boxes)

 

Taxes, duties, and customs fees

Product prices and shipping costs are final. Paola Montanari operates under the flat-rate tax regime pursuant to Law 190/2014 and is not subject to VAT.

European Union: there are no additional customs charges for shipments within the EU.

Rest of the World: any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the courier upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional costs. Delays resulting from the failure to pay such costs are the responsibility of the customer and the postal service.

In the event of a lost, damaged, or undelivered package, please contact me immediately at the email address support@paolamontanari.com and I will work to resolve the situation in the best possible way.
