Product measurements and images
All product measurements in the shop (prints and originals) are expressed in centimeters.
The display of colors and appearance of products may vary depending on the type of device you use to access the store and the settings and configuration of that device.

Order Fulfillment
All prints are made to order in my studio in Italy. Processing times are 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
Original artworks are usually ready for shipping within 5 business days.
For commissions, the completion time is estimated on a case-by-case basis depending on the project to be carried out and will be communicated during the quotation phase.
All order fulfillment times refer to preparation and should be added to shipping times.

Prices
Product prices and shipping costs are final prices. Paola Montanari operates under a flat-rate tax regime pursuant to ItaliLaw 190/2014 and is not subject to VAT.
Shipping costs vary based on geographical area and order weight, and any discounts applied at checkout do not apply to these costs but only to the products. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Italy:
- shipping fee of €5.90 for orders up to €50
- shipping fee of €2.90 for orders over €50
- free shipping for orders over €100
International:
- shipping starting from €11.90 depending on the destination and the contents of the cart

Shipping methods and delivery times
Shipping informationAll orders are sent with tracked shipping (with the exception of the Print Club) in protective packaging suitable for the contents.
For national orders (Italy), delivery usually takes up to 5 business days.
For international orders, delivery can take 5 to 12 days depending on the destination.

Payments
Shopify's checkout is secure, and our store is PCI compliant by default. Your card data is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We use Shopify Payments, which protects customer data through fraud detection and encryption methods such as 3D Secure (3DS).
We accept major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Expedited checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also available.

Print Club FAQ

Subscription Period
Subscription period closes on the 25th of each month. (For example, if you subscribe on May 25th, you will receive the June print first. If you subscribe on May 26th, you will receive the July print first.)

Tracking
Print Club orders are shipped with stamps via Standard Post to keep the club affordable! Therefore, unfortunately, shipping tracking is not available.

Payment / Subscription changes
Print Club subscription payments will be automatically charged each month on the date of your subscription. A few days before the renewal, you will receive an email reminder about the charge. You can pause your subscription, change your shipping details, or cancel it at any time using the links in the aforementioned email.

Shipping / Waiting times
The Print Club ships within Italy and to the rest of the world by the 7th of each month. You will receive an email when your mail has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 6 business days for Italian delivery and up to 24 business days for international delivery. If you have not received your mail after the indicated period, please send me an email at support@paolamontanari.com with the following information so that I can check your order and help you resolve the issue: full name, shipping address, and the date you joined The Cottage Print Club.
